On Sun 29th May we will be open for our 15th edition of Cantine Aperte with a program dedicated to typicalness.
At 11am meeting point at the winery for the “Giant tour”, a learning tour of experiential tourism, across the vineyard, to taste “Zigant” 2015 Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Superiore in the land that gives birth to it (recommended comfortable shoes). We recommend booking to email@example.com.

At 3pm “Barbera wine: from bulk wine to Castel Zola” the story of the most ancient red grape variety of Colli Bolognesi at our wine farm. Tasting of 5 Barbera wines led by winemakers (booking compulsory by e-mail by Fri 27 May, limited number seminar, max. 20 people).
At 4:30pm “Wine and cheese, a perfect match: tasting, story and interpretations” by Fernando Marzillo and Andrea Sella of ONAF Bologna, winemaker Silvia Corazza and journalist and sommelier Antonietta Mazzeo (booking compulsory to firstname.lastname@example.org by Fri 27 May, limited number event, max 52 people, types of cheese offered: ricotta di bufala campana DOP Caseificio La Tramontana (SA), caciotta vaccina La Bordona Az. Agr. biologica Casalfiumanese (BO), Stracapra casearia Arnoldi Val Taleggio (BG), fontina DOP d’alpeggio 2015 Coop.Produttori Latte e Fontina (AO), Dolce Capriziola Casearia Carozzi (LC).

“Emilia storytellers” girls at the entry desk will be available to guide foreign visitors in the tour.
Tasting of wines available all day, at the tasting spot inside the winery. Wine glasses can be collected at the entry desk by paying a 5€ deposit that will be returned eventually if you do not wish to keep the glass as a souvenir of the day.
