Zigant

THE POWER OF A TERRITORY

This wine, which has the symbol of Bologna on its label, has been made for as many as 25 harvests. It’s released two years after harvest and comes from a single plot on the estate.
A true artist of balance!
It’s one of the most dynamic versions of our area’s DOCG wine that has been made. It pairs well with special-occasion dishes of tortellini. It’s ideal with raw fish. And it’s delicious with aged hard cheeses.
Zigant is a Pignoletto that fits in well with all occasions.
