25th edition of Open Cellars, Sunday May 28

Also this year we are opening our cellar on this special annual event promoted by Movimento Turismo del Vino scheduled on Sun May 28 from 10am till evening.
For this special anniversary we have organized two events:
–12:00hrs. Silvia Corazza and Fernando Marzillo from National Cheese Tasters Organization ONAF Bologna presenting 5 types of cheeses paired to LODI CORAZZA wines with an open discussion

– 17:00hrs “Passo a 2: aperitivo raccontato”. Cesare Corazza and Diletta Poggiali from Spazio Eco Casalecchio di Reno, are making a very special sketch-aperitif including a food show and wine tasting:

“Empanadas dell’Emilia” COLLI BOLOGNESI SUPERIORE ZIGANT 2016
“Polenta e Fonduta di Primavera” CASTELZOLA ROSSO 2012

Tours in the vineyard and wine tasting available all day. Foreign tourists will be welcomed by Emilia Storytellers who will introduce the ongoing events.

Open Cellars should be a day in which getting to know each other and celebrating wine culture. Let’s keep it alive!
