Soil: clayey in the higher part of the vineyard and medium textured in the lower part
Production area: vineyards owned by the wine farm located in the municipality of Zola Predosa Ponte Ronca Colli Bolognesi
Grape harvesting method: hand-harvesting in 25 kg crates (first harvest), by machine (second harvest)
Harvesting time: second half of September
Winemaking: short Charmat method (2/3 months) at controlled temperature 15/18 C°, maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature of 24°C for 7 days Malolactic fermentation and prise de mousse
Grape variety: Barbera
Vine training system: Counter-espalier with 4500 plants/ha East/West exposure
GRAPES Production per hectare: 7 ton
Bottle: Bordeaux
Size: 75 cl bottle
Closure system: nitrogen injection by isobaric system and use of agglomerated natural cork

Serving temperature: 8°C in summer/16°C in winter
