INTERPRETING THE PAST

“…The grape must didn’t ferment completely once the cold weather came, then, in the spring, when we returned to the fields, we bottled the wine and it all refermented right there in the bottle.”
With this wine we have reinterpreted those memories. After just a few days of maceration, using grapes from a historic vineyard, we have made this dynamic and contemporary wine. It is bottled with our traditional label, the one that has expressed our identity since the 1980s.
