Production area: estate vineyards in the Zola Predosa Ponte Ronca area of Colli Bolognesi
Harvest: by hand in crates containing 25kg
Period of harvest: half and end of September
Vinification: whole-berry cold press. Lees stirring during fermentation
Grape variety: Grechetto gentile
Training system: vertical trellis, 4500 vines/ha, north-south facing
Yield per hectare: 7 ton
Bottle: Bordeaux

Closure system: isobaric system with nitrogen; natural cork agglomerate
