Production area: vineyards owned by the wine farm located in the municipality of Zola Predosa Ponte Ronca Colli Bolognesi
Grape harvesting method: hand-harvesting in 25 kg crates (first harvest)
Harvesting time: 25-26th August
Winemaking: cold-pressing with whole grape berry and use of dry ice. Controlled fermentation at 10°C. Batonnage sur lies for 6 months.
Grape variety: Sauvignon blanc 70% – Riesling Italico 10% – Grechetto gentile 20%
