Production area: estate vineyards in the Zola Predosa Ponte Ronca area of Colli Bolognesi
Harvest method: by hand in crates containing 25kg
Period of harvest: mid-September
Vinification: whole-berry cold press with carbonic snow. Temperature-controlled 15/18°C long tank method (4-5 months) starting from the must
Methods: Lees stirring during fermentation

Training system:vertical trellis, 4500 vines/ha, north-south facing
Yield per hectare: 7 tons
