Merlot colli bolognesi doc

A MEMORY THAT LIVES ON

If our father hadn’t had such foresight, Merlot wouldn’t be as significant as it is now on the Bologna hills. In the past the wine was Corrado and it aged for three years in wood before bottling. Now we have 8000 square metres left and from this, with a two-week maceration, we manage to create a reminder of our traditions but with more freshness.
